Change your conversations.
Change your relationships.
Change your life.
Ways to work together

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. Coaching offers a space to nurture that connection. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience as a therapist, I take a client-centered, tools-based, and action-oriented approach to help you move towards what you’re wanting in your life.

Our relationships are mirrors- sometimes they reflect back our most golden selves, and other times they illuminate the parts that we’d rather no one see. Every relationship that reaches a level of depth and intimacy will eventually have moments of misses and breakdowns- those times when your wires get crossed. When that happens I’m here to be your translator and guide.
Maybe you’ve landed here because something in your life is asking to change.
You may be tired of pushing your needs aside to keep the peace. Or you’re noticing you’re having the same conversation over and over again. Maybe you know there’s a truer, freer version of your life waiting for you - but you’re not sure how to get from here to there.
This is the work I love to do: helping folks hear themselves more clearly, say what they mean, set boundaries with love and grace, and build healthy relationships that have room for everyone to stretch out and be themselves.
Together, we will meet you exactly where you are today as we support you in moving towards what you are wanting.
Hello dear one, welcome. I’m Frankie (she/her), I'm glad you’re here.
The privilege of a lifetime is to become more of who you truly are.

Kind Words from Darling Clients:
-
I held active licenses as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California and then Colorado for 6 years after completing my education (Masters degree in counseling) and clinical training hours.
My shift to coaching in 2025 was prompted by 2 things at the same time. I lived in 3 states in 5 years and acquiring the trail of licenses for this was becoming an administrative burden. And at the same time, I noticed that my work and orientation had shifted just slightly, a few degrees less clinical and more relational. Coaching is a better match today for my work and life, and it’s still deeply influenced by my education, training, and years of experience as a licensed therapist. I still meet regularly with my consultation group of licensed therapists and am steeped now in both worlds.

Therapy diagnoses and treats what is in the DSM (Diagnostic Statistical Manual). While there is often much overlap in both- therapy tends to focus more on the root question of ‘how did I get here?’. This may look more at: history, family of origin, etc. Coaching tends to be more oriented in the now and where we are going. It answers the question of ‘ Where am I now and where would I like to go?’.

Coaching is a great space to have consistent structured support and build new tools in service of your goals. Our sessions might include: processing emotions, building communication and boundary skills, supporting your nervous system, untangling old patterns, and identifying practical next steps. I’ll help you explore what’s happening beneath the surface - and I’ll also be your accountability buddy to track progress on the goals you’ve recently set.
While I no longer practice psychotherapy, my work won’t be a good fit for folks seeking treatment around specific DSM diagnoses, active substance abuse, eating disorders, or domestic violence. If in the course of our work it becomes clear that a client is needing a higher level of care, I will make an appropriate referral to a licensed professional.

Sessions are typically 60 or 75 mins in length. We begin with a brief check in- I will ask what’s been on your mind and heart. This will help guide the areas we’d like to focus on in session. When we first begin our work, we will map out some clear goals and focus areas. I’ll always be holding the day’s topics alongside those goals.

Currently I am only seeing clients virtually via zoom or phone session. I can see clients in any timezone that we can make work, though I am located in NYC, EST. My typical working hours for sessions are 9am - 6pm ET Monday through Thursday.
-
My rates are:
Individuals: $225 for 60 minutes | $275 for 75 minutes
Couples: $250 for 60 minutes | $310 for 75 minutes

Clients see me at the cadence that matches their need, life, and budget. To begin our work and establish our working relationship, I typically aim to see clients weekly or every other week, and if with time another cadence fits the work best, I’m always open to that dialogue.
